For our client, operating in the retail industry, Dimension is looking for a MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for directing and managing all day-to-day Marketing activities of the company, PR, Communication and actively participates in Product Development processes.
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
• Manage day-to-day relationships across multiple media agencies to deliver approved KPIs within agreed budget.
• Create and improve processes for collecting/analyzing data, evaluating the impact of programs, and providing actionable insights for the future.
• Applying the media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in broadcast and online media.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communications strategy surrounding them.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Manage the corporate branding.
• Implement methods of modern merchandising, secure that the Interior design of the shops correctly adopts Branding regulations and internal manual specifications.
• Responsible for brand management company identity and image.
• Implement PR action plans
• Coordinate and interact with the media
• Organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours for company needs.
• Manage social media channels for targeted campaigns.
• Apply and implement the CSR action plan annually
• Promote CSR activities in the media, social networks etc.
• Advise company staff on handling and working with the media according the guidelines and policies at group level on Crisis management.
• Have a deep understanding of the company's products and goals.
• Work cross-functionally within the company.
• Create and implement compelling marketing content.
• Track data on effectiveness of campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
Work Experiences: 3 years relevant work experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
Skills:
• Strong written and oral skills
• Experienced leader and collaborator
• Fluent in English
