EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, Philip Morris International, is currently recruiting a Horeca Executive forAlbania market.
Major Responsibilities:
• Maintain business relationships with key stakeholders, HoReCa owners and event organizers from all over Albania
• Support in creation and development of HoReCa strategy fully aligned with Consumer Experience and Marketing activities
• Implement action plans to ensure the presence of our key brands with consumer target groups
• Acquire information about new, popular trends and places, and provide relevant data and action steps
• Achieve the defined key performance related to lead generation, volume, share of market and budget in HoReCa segment by identifying and deploying various business activities
• Propose improvements based on knowledge of the market and consumers
• Deliver reports on trends, brand activities, performance analysis and impact assessment of PMI and competition activities on overall consumer behavior
• Supervise 3rd party field force (hostesses) and closely collaborate with distributor`s field force
