Art and Tourism Development Group the largest Hotel & Tourism Industry Company with a large extend on the Albanian Coast is looking for a:
Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals;
- Monitor beverage stock item and communicate any shortage;
- Manage the level, consistency, and quality of service of all menu items;
- Ensure that all outlet processes adhere to all hygiene regulations and procedures;
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours;
- Training staff to provide excellent service;
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls;
- Provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues on beverages;
- Actively seek and review customer feedback in regard to beverage quality, service, and overall satisfaction and takes appropriate and timely action;
- Ensures the shift is received, hand-over and briefing are carried out;
Requirements (Key Skills)
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism or any equivalent is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in a similar role and/or 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage section.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Quick decision maker and ability to take charge of the situations and take responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure
- Adaptable to changes
