EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Research and Development Specialist.

- Testing the formulation given by the R&D for the new products;
- To follow the Quality Control Process;
- Control of the quality of the raw materials purchased before stocking them and finished products;
- Taking notes to all the data that come from the test performed;
- Maintain samples of tests for agreed period;
- Track quality checks in a database for reference in case of claims;
- Ensure top quality products with 0ro claims;
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations on the specified area;
- Ensure compliance with company rules especially confidentiality considering R&D as very key to innovation and new products launch in market.
Requirements for this position are:
- Education University degree (Chemistry or Engineering);
- Experience minimum 3-5 years- highly recommended in construction industry;
- Proficient computer skills (excel expertise) , Navision knowledge;
- Foreign language: English;
- Strong team work, organization, time-management, prioritization written/oral communication skills;
- Positive, healthy, cultural, integrity, loyalty attitude;
- Familiar with ISO and European standards.
