EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Production Team Leader.
Major responsabilities:
- Follow the production plan and organize raw material movement;
- Ensure that HSE rules and specification are respected during daily activity;
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees;
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules;
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance;
- Check production output according to specification;
- Submit reports on performance and progress;
- knowledge and follow-up of production KPIs i.e. OEE, risk grading, WCM etc;
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement;
- Collaborate with R&D department in order to produce in line with quality specifications .
Requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage;
- Experience as Production Supervisor or similar role;
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools;
- Advanced skills in MS Office, English knowledge B2;
- Organizational and leadership abilities;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Problem-solving skills.
