Our company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Following up with suppliers ;
  • Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers ;
  • Presenting cost analyses to the department ;
  • Maintaining records of supplier contracts ;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends ;
  • Keeping up to date with market trends
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with client, suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • MS/BS degree in Business Administration, Economic or equivalent is preferred ;
  • Analytical with exceptional numerical skills ;
  • Data analysis and trending skills – analysing Excel style data sets to identify trends ;
  • Strong problem solving skills ;
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language, both written and spoken
