Responsibilities
For our need in Tirana office, we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of:
| ARCHITECT |
- Detail the architectural project from a given concept
- Find technical and architectural solutions
- Generate plans, sections facades and other technical drawings
- 3D Modeling from given concept plans
- Collaborates with consultants to ensure design and documentation are coordinated and meet project expectations
- Oversees project financial performance and construction administration
- Creating architectural project presentations
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a small environment; self-motivated
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 3+ years of working experience
- Experience with commercial, multi-family residential/mixed-use projects
- Ability to find solutions to architectural and technical problems
- Proficient in Revit and Autocad and good understanding of 3D modelling programs
- Good Architectural Visualization skills is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-starter
