The CHRO responsibilities include managing recruiting strategy, designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and deep knowledge of Human Resources Management tools and techniques.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the HR team to achieve the most efficient resource allocation and performance;
- Manage and define the recruitment strategies and processes;
- Implement functional HR KPIs and internal databases across all departments and locations;
- Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems;
- Design local company policies and procedures and disseminate the corporate guidelines;
- Review and update employment contracts and legal agreements;
- Support the budget process for the department;
- Manage internal communication projects; (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Support and develop employer branding activities;
- Measure the effectiveness of internal people metrics (eg Comp & Ben efficiency) and recommend improvements;
- Lead HR projects like system implementations;
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Requirements for this position are:
- Consolidated work experience as a Head of Human Resources in people-intensive environment;
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools;
- Experience in designing recruitment, compensation and benefits programs;
- Proven track record of acting as HR business partner with a high volume of employees;
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation;
- Leadership abilities and Doer attitude;
- Very good in English & Italian.
