JOB PROFILE – Call Center Specialist

2. Purpose of the Position
Support Customers on direct contact channels & social media. Provide superior experience by resolving customer concerns and delivering the brand promise.

3. Key responsibilities

  1. Answers politely and correctly to the customers’ demands thru inbound calls on Network, services, procedures, and tariffs.
  2. Informing the politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns as billing, retention, marketing, satisfaction, and on Network and services, procedures, and tariffs.
  3. Answers politely and correctly to the One Shops, Master Agent’s demands arrived through inbound calls and SR on Network, services, procedures, and tariffs.
  4. Identity, support and solve different problems and complaints of customers according to the Call Center procedures and One policy.
  5. Perform outbound calls for MMS/GPRS/Data & Fax service configuration.
  6. Activation/ deactivation of customer service through E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client according to the Call Center procedures.
  7. Interact with another team for solving customers’ technical problems.
  8. Activate and deactivate services using E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client/BSCS application according to requests received through SR or calls from Shops & Customers.
  9. Answers correctly to customers' demands through social media.
4. Job Requirements
Education: University degree.
Experience: 1 year preferable in similar areas of customer support of the shop.
Required skills: Technology literate, great communication skills, multitasking, flexible, team player
