EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest financial institutions in Albania, is currently recruiting a Deputy Agency Manager (Durrës).


Major responsibilities:

• Presents the Bank and the Agency to external public institutions and private entities.
• Initiate cash count of the cash on hand in the Agency stored in the cash desks, daily vaults
  of the cashiers, Agency 's vault and the ATMs maintained by the Agency.
• Supervises the adherence to the prescribed limits of the Agency according to the internal
  rules and regulations;
• Supervises the quality of the customer service.
• Responsible for AML issue
• Controls the performance of daily tasks of each employee, gives relevant instructions and assigns additional tasks if necessary;
• Observes the safety conditions in the course of usage of the office equipment,
• Proposes implementation of Agency 's specific products and operational procedures.
• Approaches potential customers of the Bank with information for the services and
  products offered by the Bank.
• Prepares and presents offers to potential customers for complete banking solutions.
• Organizes the weekly and daily agenda of the personal bankers (and her/himself) for the sales process,
• Makes sure that all the customers entering the bank premises are being offered a wide range of products according to his/her profile;
• Organizes frequent (daily and weekly) meetings and updates with the personal banker for their individual results ect.

Requirements for this position are:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing;
• Preferably 3-5 years banking experience;
• The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork, strong presentation skills and able to adopt quickly to a new and dynamic environment;
• Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
