For our client - a consulting firm, based in New York City, We are looking for the following position:
ARCHITECT/3D DESIGNER
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Part of an Architectural and Engineering team responsible for the development of production 3D rendering and specification from construction documentation.
- Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
- 3D modeling and rendering.
- Work collaboratively with the New York office staff.
- Works with Project Manager and Project Architect to prepare presentations and produce documents through to the construction phase.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other CAD Software’s preferred Revit.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Architecture Degree.
Work Experiences: Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards. 2-3 years of experience.
Skills:
- Strong Design, computer, technical and graphical skills.
- Attention to details, highly organized, great communication and collaboration with teamwork.
- Dynamic and multitasking for office tasks.
- Revit Experience is plus.
