- Good Knowledge of English and German Language (Level B2)
- Prior experience as a Sourcing Specialist (preferred)
- Prior experience with CRM Systems/Salesforce (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and handle various positions simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- A positive friendly attitude and "persuasion mindset"
