Primary objectives
- Install, configure and suport the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system or a segment of a network system
- Maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network to encusre network availability to all users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability
- Implement best practices to ensure data integrity on network
Main responsibilities
- Configure network equipment's (Routers, switches, IP Phone ,Cisco Call Manager , ATM Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Cube, firewall of ATM's)
- Monitor network (bandwidth, availability, node status)
- Keep inventory network device
- Coordinate with suppliers and/or perform bank network installations
- Backup all network equipment's configurations monthly
- Prepare Database Audit Report (monthly)
- Establishes network specifications. Analyzing Workflow, acces, and security requirements. Designing router &switches administration , including interface configuration and routing protocols.
- Upgrades network by conferring with vendors, developing , testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
- Support ATM unit about computer hardware/communication issues
- Primary support for Swift and FIS connection on Internet,
- Configure and support Remote Solution
- Primary Support on Telephony Systems ( IP Phone)
- Primary Support Video Conference System
- Maintain and Test Communication beccesesary for IT DRS plan
- Maintaining documentation and Review Network Procedures
Required qualifications
- University Degree Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering of similar fields
- 3+ years relevant working experience
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching certification. CCNP preferred
- LAN/WAN Knowledge
- Network Design and Implementation
- Network performance Tuning
- Good command of English language
