DIMENSION is looking to recruit candidates for the vacant position:
MARKETING, PR & COMMUNICATION DIRECTOR
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
-Create and improve processes for collecting/analyzing data, evaluating the impact of programs, and providing actionable insights for the future.
- Applying the media relations strategy as planed and approved, seeking high-level placements in broadcast and online media.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Responsible for brand management company identity and image.
- Organize events as new openings and other as requested.
- Manage social media channels for targeted campaigns.
- In collaboration with our partners provide the content for social media and identify new ways of keeping the clients interested.
- Monitor and manage company website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
- Gather customer feedback from online and traditional promotional channels to inform sales and product teams.
- Develop internal branded materials as needed: Company Brochure, Website Content, Blog, Photo Gallery with updated photos etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA preferred).
Work Experiences: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Methodical and organized.
- Integrity and innovative skills.
- English fluent.
