Responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.

Soft & Solution is seeking to hire an Intermediate to Senior .NET Developer that has about 2+ years of experience in software development, design, and architecture. Responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications;
- Collaborate with the PM to generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team;
- Evaluate, identify and develop software solutions;
- Document and record every aspect of an application or software;
- Locate and direct solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface;
- Look for problems within software systems and resolve the issues;
- Develop good working relationships with the team;
- Design and implement effective database solutions and models;
- Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming;
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems;
- Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner;
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs;
- Identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications;
- Write and implement efficient code;
- Determine operational practicality;
- Deploy software tools, code review, processes, and metrics.
- 2-5 years experience in C#;
- Good knowledge in object-oriented programming (C#);
- Good knowledge / in-depth relational database (ORACLE, MySQL, SQL Server);
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Good organizational skills and teamwork;
- Knowledge of English;
- Multitasking;
