Marina Casino part of Marina Bay Luxury & Resort is looking for enthusiastic people that want to join our international team. We are looking for the position as stated bellow:

Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers take orders and serve snacks and drinks
· Observe customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Stay guest focused and nurture excellent guest experience
· Take accurate drink orders using a POS ordering software
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations


Requirements:

· One year of experience or more
· High school diploma or higher (will be an advantage)
· Knowledge of English language
· Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and beverages
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Relevant training certificates will be an advantage
· Team player and ready to assist anytime
· Training in customer service is an asset
· Active listening and effective communication and presentation skills
