EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest group of companies operating in Albania with headquarters in Shkodra , is currently recruiting a Head of HR Departament.


Major responsibilities:

• Oversee companies HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure alignment and compliance with organizational objectives.
• Review and advise senior management on annual staff planning as part of annual operating planning process to ensure alignment with outreach performance goals, branch expansion plans, institutional development/ transformation requirements, and other needs;
• Manage and plan institution’s extensive recruitment and hiring processes;
• Implement and manage the performance evaluation system to ensure that all staff receive a timely evaluation according to the company policy;
• Advise line managers on best practices in application of the Performance Management System, particularly the aspect of staff appraisal and performance feedback;
• In collaboration with senior management, introduce new tools, as applicable, to improve performance feedback for staff and managers.

Requirements for this position are:

• University degree in Business, Management, Economics or HR.
• +5 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources;
• Experience in people management and human relationship skills;
• Fluency in English languages is required.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
