Specialist Soft Collection Unit - Credit Risk Department

Major Job responsibilities

  • Monitors the payments and the situation of customers in delay;
  • Evaluates customer records and recommends payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payments history, and purchase activity;
  • Reviews individual or commercial files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection;
  • Prepares the proposals and requirements for the restructuring process;
  • Collaborates with Legal Affairs Department to take necessary information regarding customers, for proceeding with the necessary actions;
  • Checks the reports prepared and actions taken by assistant specialists;
  • Consults the branches on any proposals/requests/issues;
  • Visits branches and clients/companies as required;
  • Makes interpretive analysis of financial statements and prepares customer analysis reports required for decision making;
  • Ensures that loan conditions comply with Bank Regulations.
  • Follows up periodically and instructs the branches for corrective actions on loan quality.

Minimum qualifications and experience


  • Has the provisions required as per Regulation of the Bank;
  • University degree, relevant faculties;
  • Minimum 3.5years experience in Banking for Sn. Specialist/1.5 years for Specialist
  • Good knowledge of PC;
  • Planning and organization skills and ability to handle under pressure;
  • Excellent commands of English.
