SCOPE:
Under the direction of the CapRelo Director of Move Management, provides service support to relocating transferees. Position interacts with several service areas within the organization, including OPS, International, and Claims, to ensure that all relocation activities are performed in accordance with contractual and industry guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. (level C1)
  • Microsoft Office suite or comparable software packages.
  • Good math skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Logistics coordination or freight forwarding experience a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversees all assigned corporate moves from point of shipment acceptance to delivery.
  • Monitors and tracks coordination of all corporate moves with move suppliers from point of shipment acceptance to delivery.
  • Receives survey results and verifies all quoted services are in accordance with account profiles.
  • Rates survey results to verify shipping costs are within account profile.
  • Collects, tracks, and files all shipment delivery documents from supplier to ensure timely billing to client.
  • Communicates with transferee to coordinate move and to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Reports directly to the Move Management Director on all departmental matters.
  • Maintains training on all Division, programs, systems, software, and administrative protocols.
  • Adheres to all contractual guidelines.
  • Other projects, special assignments, and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Working Hours 14:00 - 23:00.
