EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest financial institutions in Albania, is currently recruiting a ATM Engineer.

Major responsibilities:
- Engineer should be local responsible person for whole ATM network;
- Must know about ATM’s in general, process around all the activities;
- Must know what the risks are dealing with cash and what are exactly local requirements to do it;
- Local counter party needs to be able to tell us risks with certain types of ATM and cash procedures ;
- If any of the processes are not given correctly then person needs to be able to justify why proposed solution;
- To be able to organize work with different partners, such as cash and maintenance partners;
- Responsible person should also be involved into development process, offered by HQ to propose solutions for fixing errors in the system, if they may occur;
- Engineer will be part of local COO team and is considered a member of IT crew, so basic understanding of IT systems, installing them and setting them up is also needed.
- Spoken and written English;
- Previous experience working with ATMs;
- Previous experience working in fintech company;
- Basic understanding of IT networks, installation process etc, Windows XP, Agilis;
- Understanding of IT development process;
- Ability to plan time and tasks, prioritize;
- Ability to organize own work and also with partners.
