• Customer Support Representative (Work-From-Home)

We are looking for a candidate who is Fluent in English, is energetic and has a passion for Customer Service (Phone/Email/Chat), and is technically savvy.

What We Need
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with Advanced/Excellent English to work remotely

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Must have customer service work experience or have worked in similar positions
  • With a background in handling Inbound/Outbound calls/emails/live chats
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Common Sense

What We’re Looking For

  • Time commitment
  • 40+ hours per week
  • Monday – Friday from 18:00 PM - 2:00 AM and sometimes on the weekend

Skills and Technical Knowledge

  • Advanced English Speaking and Writing skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and data from our various software programs
  • Very savvy with current computer technology
  • Can work independently while still meeting tight timelines
  • Strong problem solver who takes personal initiative to find creative solutions and identify new opportunities
  • Technically Savvy using web applications and communication software
