Administrative Assistant

JBC & Associates a HR & Business Consulting Company, is recruiting a candidate for this position, on behalf of our client (Company with foreign partners with branch in Albania). We are looking for a well–rounded and talented administrative professional willing to take charge of managing all administrative functions of the office.

Job Qualifications


  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • Moderate computer skills.
  • Data Entry.
  • Bilingual: English B2 and Albanian. Written and Spoken.
  • Organized.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Be proactive and anticipate needs.
  • Being able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Have a vehicle and/or driving license. (PLUS)
Job tasks

  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Receive, answer and send emails.
  • Answering the phone and scheduling meetings.
  • File and organize documents.
  • Digitized documents, from paper to computer files categories.
  • Liaise with international and local authorities and vendors by phone, email or in person.
  • Train and supervise casual and clerical staff.
  • Buy and order needed supplies on time.
  • Ensure that all the equipment is running smoothly and arrange for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Translate audios and documents from English to Albanian and vice versa.
  • Create a monthly calendar for clients, employees and the administrative team.

Work Schedule
Work days: 8h/day
Off: Sick days, vacation days and holidays.
Salary
A great base salary + bonus
