We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English (Written, Spoken, Verbal) and has Experience in the Insurance industry or relevant education.

The Compliance Specialist Representative (CSR) will provide responsive service to providers, Insurance and Licensing entities, clients, and internal departments while maintaining the provider database to ensure identification and log of information received. Accuracy of data, recognition, and correction of discrepancies on all documents handled based on established processes and client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, verify and process information received into a computerized database
  • Resolve inconsistencies and review information for errors or deficiencies
  • Request further information for documents that are deemed deficient
  • Researching/resolving contractor inquiries
  • Performing routine follow-ups and audits to ensure contractor compliance
  • Performs routine follow-ups with Insurance Agents, Providers, State License Bureaus, and Clients to prevent or resolve compliance or situations
  • Keep a record of tasks, files and provides status to management
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the daily business activities of the department and the company
  • Supports other functional office areas as needed to assist in the smooth flow of office operations
Requirements
  • University Education
  • Customer Service Experience (Phone, Email, Chat) is a must
  • Fluency in the English Language
