  • The candidate (QOS Data Analyst) should have experience in the Application Performance and Monitoring, Quality Assurance, Performance Test, with regard to the analysis of system-application data.
  • The candidate should be familiar with trend-spike data analysis, aimed at identifying anomalies, areas of analysis and analysis, or issues, providing KPIs, metrics, reports for observation and sharing of evidence, aimed at improving more and more the quality of the user experience.
  • The technical skills will be focused on the use of Splunk, Dynatrace, Catchpoint, Medalia products and Adobe Analytics.
  • The candidate will have to deal with the Application Managers, to share the analysis of the evidence, in-depth analysis or evolve the observation techniques.
