Duties and Responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatical and hydraulic systems and knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods;
- Establish and maintain inventory, records, or documentation systems;
- Fabricate or assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components or assemblies;
- Develop or implement programs related to the environmental impact of engineering activities;
- Modify, maintain, or repair electrical, electronic, or mechanical components, equipment, or systems to ensure proper functioning;
- Select electromechanical equipment, materials, components, or systems to meet functional specifications;
- Produce electrical, electronic, or mechanical drawings or other related documents or graphics necessary for electromechanical design by using related software;
- Collaborate with engineers to implement electromechanical designs in industrial or other settings;
- Analyze engineering designs of logic or digital circuitry, motor controls, instrumentation for implementation into new or existing automated, servomechanical, or other electromechanical systems;
- Engineering degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school in engineering; Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (0-2 years);
- Preferred knowledge of ISO standards and documentation;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents;
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints as a technical representer;
- Ability to effectively present and communicate to internal organization and management;
- Flexible work with shifts;
