Job Position: Industrial Engineer
Location: Tirane
Key Tasks
- It is responsible for the Engineering activities of respective customers;
- It is responsible for preparing BOM (bill of materials);
- Is responsible for the preparation of the wire cutting plan, pinning processes and documentation related to the forming and crimping processes;
- It is responsible for engineering changes based on customer requirements, reflecting these changes in the production process;
- It is responsible for controlling the customer's drawing if it fails inaccuracies and prepares the production layout from the beginning or adjusts the existing one based on the needs;
- It is responsible for controlling the information in the XPPS system and responsible for the process of routing material after leaving the warehouse;
- Prepares copies of the customer's drawing and distributes the copies in the respective projects as well as translates specific information into the technical drawing;
- It is responsible to prepare the list of tools needed in the production area in the respective projects;
- It is responsible for deciding whether or not to create a forming board of cable systems that will be produced based on the flow of customer requirements;
- On a weekly basis performs production control in a way that ensures its normal flow;
- Various studies related to project preparation;
- Improvement studies related to the production process for the respective projects;
- Participates in trainings / meetings organized by the company abroad for the purpose of experience and education;
- Cooperates with the quality department for the production process;
- A degree in mechanical, electrical, automotive or production engineering is normally necessary
- Relevant experience or qualifications are beneficial
- Very good knowledge of Electric and Mechanical Systems
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Design Software
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Package
- Very good knowledge of technical drawing concepts
