• Accounting Assistant

Duties & Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for processing on daily basis invoices, expense statements and other journal postings in an efficient and timely manner
- Preparing sales invoices, controlling and updating the financial data in excel reports needed for daily work processes and monthly reconciliations
- Responsible to check VAT books
-Coordinate monthly closing process and responsible for reconciliation of general ledger accounts and maintaining all the data for, sales and customer credit balances
-Pay all bills promptly and accurately after verifying that they have all the proper supporting documents. Ensure that the bills are accurate as to items, price, and also that they have been approved by the appropriate GM
-Receiving and consolidating all cash and preparing for bank deposit. Maintain records of cash receipts and transactions
-Be ready and equipped to perform payroll duties and other Accounting or HR administration related responsibilities as assigned or required

Requirements
- Finance graduate degree;
- 2 years of experience on a junior position in accounting
- Strong computer skills, user knowledge of MS Office
- Good level of English both spoken and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivate, inspire and develop resources
- Excellent communication skills
