Skills required:
– To have completed higher education in Law
– Very good knowledge of Albanian legislation, especially the Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Commercial Law, Administrative, Labor Code, Public Procurement, etc .
– Very good knowledge of English
– Very good knowledge of software / Microsoft Office suite
– Good analytical and communication skills
– To be communicative, methodical and organized
– Honesty and integrity
– Very reliable, ethical and discreet
– Good organizational and teamwork skills
Duties and responsibilities:
– Representing the company at administrative institutions and following legal procedures, complaints and official correspondence with state authorities, for certain legal issues of the company’s activity
– Preparation of the necessary documents of the company to participate in the tendering procedures
– Drafts various contracts and agreements that the company enters into with its customers, suppliers and employees
– Manages and follows the procurement procedures for the company
– Represents the company in various court cases
-Compiles any other necessary act requested by the company
– Archives and records all legal documentation
