Requirements
Excellent knowledge of both languages( Chinese + English)spoken at a mastery or mothertongue level.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good computer knowledge (internet, e-mail, Microsoft Office)
Long gained experience about the client management and the customer orientation.
We will consider preferential requirements:
Previous experience in the field of customer care and backoffice or front office (in contact with the community).
Familiarity with aviation contents.
Educational path and background or work experience abroad.
Availability immediate.
