Albacall sha is looking for Customer Service Representatives who will handle the following:
• Analyzing clients' needs and requests.
• Direct the client towards personalized products and services.
• Provide technical and commercial assistance.
• Conduct back office activities.
What you’ll need to win:
• Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages: Bulgarian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Montenegrin, Serbian, Ukrainian
• Preferably at least a high school degree.
• Previous work experience in customer relation.
• Good ICT knowledge (PC, word processing, CRM, spreadsheet).
• Able to work in shifts.
