External Expert(s) to develop a cost calculation mechanism for foster care service in Albania
SOS Children’s Villages Albania (SOS AL) is a non-profit non-governmental organization and an active member of the Federation SOS Children’s Villages comprising 136 independent national associations. We work together with a single vision: every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect, and security. Since 1995, SOS AL has been operating in social protection by providing quality support services for children and youth without parental care and community-based support services for vulnerable families.
5 SOS Children´s Villages, respectively SOS Albania, SOS North Macedonia, SOS Ukraine, SOS Belarus, and SOS Armenia have started the implementation of the Project “Addressing Systemic Gaps – Support to Child Welfare System Reforms”, which aims to improve children´s rights with a specific focus on supporting the reform of alternative care systems and the deinstitutionalization process in these 5 target countries.
SOS Children Villages in Albania as part of the interventions to support and strengthen the child welfare system in the country will contribute to the development of a cost calculation procedure for foster care service in Albania in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
This bid is open to all national suppliers (independent research consultants, companies, and academic institutions) who are legally constituted and can provide the requested services.
The proposal has to be received by the latest 28.08.2023, 10:00 AM.To facilitate the submission of proposals, the submission duly signed by the applicant can be done electronically in PDF format and sent to the official e-mail address info@soskd.org.al until 28.08.2023.
