External Expert(s) to develop a cost calculation mechanism of foster care service in Albania
SOS Children’s Villages Albania (SOS AL) is a non-profit non-governmental organization and an active member of the Federation SOS Children’s Villages, comprising of 136 independent national associations. We work together with a single vision: every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect and security. Since 1995, SOS AL is operating in social protection by providing quality support care services for children and youth without parental care and community-based support services for vulnerable families.
5 SOS Children´s Villages, respectively SOS Albania, SOS North Macedonia, SOS Ukraine, SOS Belarus and SOS Armenia have started the implementation of the Project “Addressing Systemic Gaps – Support to Child Welfare System Reforms”, which aims to improve children´s rights with a specific focus on supporting the reform of alternative care systems and the deinstitutionalisation process in these 5 target countries.
SOS Children Villages in Albania as part of the interventions to support and strengthen child welfare system in the country will contribute in the development of a cost calculation procedure for foster care service in Albania in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
This bid is open to all national suppliers (independent research consultants, companies, academic institutions) who are legally constituted and can provide the requested services.
The proposal has to be received by latest on 25. 05.2023.To facilitate the submission of proposals, the submission duly signed from the applicant can be done electronically in PDF format and sent to the official e-mail address info@soskd.org.al until 25.05.2023.
