Job Position: CPE Process Engineering
Purpose of the job position: The candidate, placed in Central Production Engineering Albania (below CPE, SCA), in the Middle Process and Assembly & Testing area (below MP, A&T) will be responsible for
Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement technical solutions, standards and procedures
• Ensure Start of Production of a new project supporting production
• Monitoring status of equipment’s in the plant
• Installation new equipment and test programs.
• Define and deploy best practices with other divisions (Poland and Morocco)
• Establish solutions to improve quality in the MP and A&T
• Analyze, recommend and validate technical solutions
• Guarantee the choice of technical solutions with CPE team improving process and / or reduce costs
• Ensure the adequacy between the need and the necessary means (capacity and technology
• Supervise develop new process and study with CPE team the technological solutions to reduce industrial risks and make reliable the production processes in the MP and A&T areas
• Analyze quality claims relating MP and A&T areas of the SCI group and identify related process improvements to avoid in future (short and long term)
• Being the technical reference for the assembly in SCI Group
• Enlarge technical knowledge and keep in SCI Group
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement, productivity and implement in production lines
• Provide process training for the methods, maintenance and quality technicians of the SCI group
• look for process innovation having a clear understanding about market intervention evolution
• Guarantee compliance with the rules relating to safety, the environment, ergonomics and energy management in the context of your activities.
Responsibility:
• Ensure the proper functionality of equipment of expertise in the MP and A&T areas
• Within the CPE, will have the mission to establish and improve standards in the MP and A&T areas,
provide an advisory, assistance, information and training role, and directly intervene on all or part of a project within the SEWS CABIND Group.
• Will be recognized as a technical and process reference in SCA for the MP and A&T areas of the SEWS CABIND Group.
Competences – knowledge and skills.
Educational background and Professional Experience
Degree in engineering area.
Completes profile: problem solving, teamwork, reliability, resourcefulness, organization, analytical skills, autonomy.
Minimum experience in the role is preferred.
Foreign language skills
Good knowledge of the English language (comprehension, spoken and written) - equivalent to Level B1
