Job Position: Project Engineer (Technical)

Purpose of the job position: Responsible for the coordination of the project faces in order to ensure its conformity with the client requirements.
Organizational structure of the unit: Operational Department
Reports to: Technical Leader

Duties and Responsibilities.
1. Following the production process designing;
2. Responsible for all new projects start-up process supervision;
3. Supervision of the process of product tests and new start-up inside the Plant/Client side;
4. Ensuring the expected results of the line in terms of: safety, environment, quality of the product, efficiency and cost effectiveness;
5. Personnel motivation for the production process continuous improvement;
6. Guaranteeing compliance with quality and operational procedures in accordance with the standards of IATF 16949;
7. Knowing the FMEA process and its performing together with interdisciplinary group;
8. Project faces timeliness monitoring and taking action in case of delay and decreasing of the efficiency;
9. Cooperation with adequate units of the Head Quarter;
10. Guaranteeing the smooth changes implementation and proper implementation timing;
11. In cooperation with other Company units layout, tooling, timing and production methods defining;
12. Calling for the meetings of the interdisciplinary group and performing internal trainings on technical aspects for the each single person of the multidisciplinary team;
13. Technical specification/documentation overview, its sharing and implementation. Supervision of the technical specification/documentation updating;
14. Non-compliance causes identifying and taking corrective actions to avoid their recurrence;
15. Engagement of the WCM system continues improvement;
16. Keep professional secrecy and confidentiality in line with the submitted statement.

Competences – knowledge and skills.
Educational background and Professional Experience
Bachelor Degree in electrical, electronic engineering.
At least 2 years of experience of the similar position in the company of the automotive business.

Specialist knowledge.
  1. Very good knowledge of wire harness production methods and of the production tools: Kaizen, SMED, Just in time, WCM etc.
  2. Very good knowledge of the designing of the wire harness production.
  3. Very good knowledge of the IATF16049, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 requirements.
  4. Very good knowledge of the technical drawing reading.
  5. Very good knowledge of: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, KAIZEN approche, LEAN
  6. Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 5why, Ishikawa Diagram etc.
  7. Very good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad, Corel, Sigip.
Particular skills required for the position.
Communication skills, ability to work in groups.
Ability to cooperate with other Company/Clients units.
Ability to work under timing pressure.
Very good time management skills (the own one and subordinate personnel).

Foreign language skills.
English: B2 Level
