Responsibility range/Scope of duty
1. Conduct periodic inspections of utilities or assets (utility networks, building components, etc.) to determine condition and conditions.
2. Diagnosing problems and preparing recovery plans.
3. Preparation and supervision of long-term repair plans related to the maintenance of the condition of the building.
4. Prioritization of execution works and commissioning of works.
5. Preparation and monitoring of design works / modernization plans.
6. Estimate of costs and materials, labor costs necessary to complete projects / modernization.
7. Finding / ordering tools, suppliers.
8. Carrying out / supervising the inventory of materials and fixed assets.
9. Carrying out / monitoring general repairs and maintenance requirements of the building.
10. Supervision and inspection of general plant equipment, incl. compressors, electrical installations (lighting), etc.
11. Supervision of the work of external companies related to: construction works, repairs, modification of instruments, inspection of electrical systems and installations, ventilation, heating, etc.
12. Management / coordination of company car parks.
13. Ensuring safety standards in accordance with legislation and the requirements of the OHSAS standard.
14. Equipment maintenance (in the field of building administration in accordance with the construction law).
15. Compliance with applicable rules, standards and procedures.
16. Commitment to the continuous improvement of aspects of health and safety and the policy adopted in this area.
17. Other tasks at the command of the superior.
18. Maintaining professional secrecy and confidentiality in accordance with the submitted statement.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Higher education (field of Engineering).
2. Knowledge of building administration issues in legal terms, repair methods, materials and equipment.
3. Knowledge of the operation of the main systems (heating, electricity networks, etc.).
4. Familiarity with safety rules and standards.
5. Familiarity with the standards and requirements of construction law / legislative law related to building administration, health and safety regulations.
6. Qualifications to work with electrical equipment, compressed air installations - certificates "E", "D"; permission to work at a height of more than 3 meters
7. Gas rights.
8. Support for computer programs (MS Office).

Preferable 1 year of experience related to building administration.
