SOHO Sales Manager

Purpose of Position: Responsible for selling B2B products and solutions to enterprises, public customers and SOHO segments through planning and structured acquisition approach, aiming to achieve acquisition targets, implementing/promoting customer-oriented approach and promoting company brand.

Main Tasks:

  1. Identify opportunities for acquisition of new clients.
  2. Coordinate selling process of One Albania product through Alternative Sales Channels like Sales Agents and Dealers at national level.
  3. Ensure motivation of external Dealers throw maintaining frequent contact with them.
  4. Develop detailed plans to coordinate door to door activity, at national level, for SOHO Team.
  5. Set goals, look at data, motivate and help the Team create training opportunities.
  6. Develop Client database for SOHO Team through a present route plan of visits covering different geographic regions.
  7. Assure compliance of customers Contract Terms.
  8. Monitor on daily basis the team to assure that management decisions are implemented and take corrective action.
  9. Ensure relationships are in place to minimize the risk of people changes.
  10. Leverage a network of external relationships to gain access into accounts.
  11. Ensure resolution of escalated issues to the customers’ satisfaction.
  12. Foster relationships between the customer and the service teams directly.
  13. Set targets for each team individual. Achievement of team targets as set in regular time intervals as well as extra tactical targets to contribute to company's strategic targets.
  14. Identify and resolve potential problems or risks for the customer, articulate specific business/financial results expected from the implementation of a solution.
  15. Consider and recommend alternative tactics that will increase team sales.
  16. Use and interpret segment and market information in solving potential risks and identifying sales opportunities.
  17. Maintain an up to date understanding of related technologies and competitors’ propositions.
  18. Appraise and motivate staff to increase productivity and efficiency indicators.
  19. Identify all the training needs and monitor the training outputs.
  20. Coach the external Dealers and SOHO team on the best sales techniques and customer needs analysis.
  21. Assess the individual and teamwork performance.
  22. Identify specific process and system issues and recommend areas for improvement focusing on usability and effectiveness.
  23. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding clients’ needs.
  24. Drive process and system improvement in the interests of the customer and the company.
  25. Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
  26. Other duties as needed.

Education: University degree.
Experience: 5 years’ work experience in a relative functional area.
Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good business sense. The ability to motivate and lead a team, ability to persuade and influence others. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. Good planning and organizational skills. Initiative and enthusiasm.
