SOHO Sales Manager
Purpose of Position: Responsible for selling B2B products and solutions to enterprises, public customers and SOHO segments through planning and structured acquisition approach, aiming to achieve acquisition targets, implementing/promoting customer-oriented approach and promoting company brand.
Main Tasks:
- Identify opportunities for acquisition of new clients.
- Coordinate selling process of One Albania product through Alternative Sales Channels like Sales Agents and Dealers at national level.
- Ensure motivation of external Dealers throw maintaining frequent contact with them.
- Develop detailed plans to coordinate door to door activity, at national level, for SOHO Team.
- Set goals, look at data, motivate and help the Team create training opportunities.
- Develop Client database for SOHO Team through a present route plan of visits covering different geographic regions.
- Assure compliance of customers Contract Terms.
- Monitor on daily basis the team to assure that management decisions are implemented and take corrective action.
- Ensure relationships are in place to minimize the risk of people changes.
- Leverage a network of external relationships to gain access into accounts.
- Ensure resolution of escalated issues to the customers satisfaction.
- Foster relationships between the customer and the service teams directly.
- Set targets for each team individual. Achievement of team targets as set in regular time intervals as well as extra tactical targets to contribute to company's strategic targets.
- Identify and resolve potential problems or risks for the customer, articulate specific business/financial results expected from the implementation of a solution.
- Consider and recommend alternative tactics that will increase team sales.
- Use and interpret segment and market information in solving potential risks and identifying sales opportunities.
- Maintain an up to date understanding of related technologies and competitors propositions.
- Appraise and motivate staff to increase productivity and efficiency indicators.
- Identify all the training needs and monitor the training outputs.
- Coach the external Dealers and SOHO team on the best sales techniques and customer needs analysis.
- Assess the individual and teamwork performance.
- Identify specific process and system issues and recommend areas for improvement focusing on usability and effectiveness.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding clients needs.
- Drive process and system improvement in the interests of the customer and the company.
- Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
- Other duties as needed.
Education: University degree.
Experience: 5 years work experience in a relative functional area.
Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good business sense. The ability to motivate and lead a team, ability to persuade and influence others. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. Good planning and organizational skills. Initiative and enthusiasm.
