Terms of Reference (TOR)
for Service Providers on Designing, Publishing and Production of Video-Documentary
SOS Children’s Villages Albania (SOS AL) is a non-profit non-governmental organization and an active member of the Federation SOS Children’s Villages, comprising of 136 independent national associations. We work together with a single vision: every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect and security. Since 1995, SOS AL is operating in social protection by providing quality support care services for children and youth without parental care and community-based support services for vulnerable families.
SOS Children's Villages Albania is currently implementing a three and a half-year project "Youth Employment Enabling Prospects " (YEEP project), funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Hermann-Gmeiner-Fonds Deutchland e.V.
The overall objective of the assignment is to produce a success story brochure and a documentary film on the YEEP project activities, highlighting best approaches, best practices, achievements and real impacts in the project focal areas.
