Job Position: IT Front Office Team Leader
Department: Information Systems
Location: Tirana

Summary:
Leads the team that provides support and solutions for the front office applications in use by the group companies. Supports primarily client facing users with daily issues, provides quick solutions and identifies root causes of recurrent problems. Gives a strong contribution to the change management lifecycle in identifying the business needs by jointly analyzing internally and with external providers, continuously keeping track of change progress, and thorough testing of deliverables.
Coaches the team to achieve its objectives and to grow steadily while adhering to best practices and standards. Assigns measurable and clear tasks, closely monitors their progress, and addresses and escalates where necessary.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organizes teamwork & front office applications support processes
  • Assigns specific measurable tasks to team members
  • Responsible for status reporting of projects, requests for change, internal initiatives, and high priority incidents to line manager.
  • Manages service requests by coordinating, allocating and escalating accordingly.
  • Administers and configures Business Applications.
  • Administers user profiles in Business applications.
  • Involved actively in the new implementation of Business Applications in the group companies.
  • Provides support for users through the phone, online or at work.
  • Assures that deliverables fulfill minimal deployment requirements
  • Analyzes performance related issues and technology related improvements to existing systems
  • Participates frequently in local or group initiatives meetings
  • Trains and supports users.
  • Other tasks according to needs.

Competencies and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related
  • 2+ years’ experience in business applications management, administration, and support
  • Knowledge of change management life cycle from requirements to testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of RDBMS especially MS SQL Server, administration, and script creation
  • Knowledge of operating systems, computers, and basic applications
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and related tools
  • Experience in implementing new systems and / or system administration work is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.
  • Initiative and ability to deliver new ideas.
  • Organisational and planning skills to manage time and reach deadlines and objectives.
  • Good command of English language
  • Proactive and result-oriented
  • Ability to work in team and under pressure
  • Organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
