International company, regional leader in FMCG products distribution with operations in region of Balkans, for the reason of expansion of its operation in Albania is looking for professionals which are ready to join our team. Responsibilities:
Organize, follows and control Sales force
Responsible for sales budget execution
Sales budget allocation per region and sales team members
According to budget and development targets sets up goals for his team
Trains and develops sales team
Routing and budget per each area
Responsible for horizontal distribution network development(wholesalers and distributors)
Follow up daily, weekly and monthly reports, and makes corrective measures to meet the sales target
Set up and control of KBI
Responsible for TSA and POS material distribution
Follow up on client solvency and credit limit
For his work reports to GM
Requirements:
University degree in economics (marketing/sales or business administration)
3-5 years experience in FMCG industry, preferably in international company
Strong sales and people development skills
Excellent negotiations skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong PC skills- MS Office package (especially Excel and Power Point)
Fluent in English-every day professional communication in English is required
Clean driver's license B-class
