We are looking for:
BRAND MANAGER (m/f)
Tirana, Albania
Responsibilities:
• Preparing the plans (marketing and sales)
• Responsibility for marketing budget (ATL & BTL)
• Reporting to principal and sales director – daily, weekly, monthly
• researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
• looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability
• overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
• Coordinating activities of specialists in sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, marketing research, purchasing, distribution and finance
• Ensures the optimal stock level of all items (replenishment)
• Orders goods (products)
• Organization of import
• Improves and optimizes the existing replenishment procedures
• Focused on constant Orbico customer service quality improvement
Requirements:
• Initiative, leadership, problem solving, communication skills, well in setting priorities
• strong work ethic and personal integrity
• effective cooperation with others, innovative
• previous experience desired (2-3 years)
• good PC literacy
• good English knowledge
• University degree
