We are looking for:
FINANCE MANAGER
Objective: Provide financial leadership to the company to ensure its profitability
Scope: Reports to the General Manager
Budget responsibility
Profit responsibility
Personnel responsibility
Responsibilities:
· Leads the company’s overall financial plans and policies
· Ensures the company operates legally and ethically in all circumstances
· Guides the company’s relationships with the other members of the financial community (Tax Authorities, Albanian National Bank)
· Drives the company costs downwards by pursuing cost saving projects
· Implements and supervises simplified and standardised accounting practices of the company
· Directs and supervises cost accounting, taxation and treasury functions (complete calculation of costs and margin)
· Perform policy of rates, limits and cost model
· Confirmation of price-list
· Responsible for daily payments (perform GM policy)
· Responsible for cash flow
· Conditions for stop list
· Using optimal conditions for foreign currency procedure
· Has responsibilities for legal affairs and general company administration
· Bank selection, contract/agreement negotiation, monitoring service levels
· Management of payments and banking
· Contracts with administration material suppliers
· Prepare the monthly budget for all departments (perform GM policy)
· Develops / trains people in the department to reach their full potential
Requirements:
· initiative, leadership, problem solving, communication skills, well in setting priorities
· strong work ethic and personal integrity
· strong professional background in finance / accounting (3-4 years of adequate experiences)
· excellent PC skills
· good English knowledge
· University degree (Economic background)
