•Achieve the agreed sales targets according to sales plan (quarterly).
•Organize face-to-face and group meetings and conferences with healthcare providers and opinion leaders to promote GSK products.
•Analyzes the market tendencies and the competitor dynamics in the business field.
•Develops marketing plans and budgets for the products
•Plans and implements marketing
campaigns of the products.
•Creates promotional materials and detail aids for the products.
•Segments the market and identifies the target groups of doctors and patients.
•Organizes promotions of the products and visits of the medical representatives.
•Ensure good contacts and develop long term alliances on behalf of GSK with doctors, healthcare providers and opinion leaders to promote GSK products.
•Conducts regular forecasts to ensure product availability.
•Plan and fulfil effective territory coverage..
•Achieve excellence in professional expertise, medical and commercial competencies.
Required qualifications:
•University degree in business, marketing, medicine or pharmacy
•Fluency in English
•Computer literacy
•Driving licence
•Experience in the field is an advantage
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Customer service attitude
•Abilities to influence others
•Team worker
•Creativity
