Position Requirements

1. Responsible for all human resource activities included employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development.
2. Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
3. Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
4. Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and management of all associates personal file.
5. Prepare payroll process, according Time-Management system.
6. Work with union representative to resolve labour relation issues.
7. Recommend, develop and schedule training.
8. Registers the annual leave days, rapports and overtime work, contacts with fiscal authorities and labour inspectorate.
9. Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
10. Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
11. Follow-up hiring and dismissal process in base of Albanian Labour code.



Candidate Profile
• University Degree preferred Business Administration
• Mandatory prior experience of 2 years in HR
• Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken
• Excellent command of Microsoft package (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to situations and different/multicultural environments
• Demonstrates flexibility
• Confidential & some knowledge of Labour code
• Excellent team building skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Energetic and dynamic person
• Initiative

• Stress management skills
