[FONT=&quot]Main Duties:[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Assists Call Center customers with the sale and booking of tickets and other Belle Air services[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Provides product information[/FONT][FONT=&quot] using accessible resources[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Explains product policies[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Handles customer concerns[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Records details of customer calls[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Reports and follows up on pending issues[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Requirements:[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]University Degree[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Call Center work experience desirable[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Demonstrated ability to work well in teams[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ability to think logically[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Excellent computer skills[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Very good Italian and English[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
