·[FONT="] [/FONT][FONT="]Explains product policies[/FONT]
·[FONT="] [/FONT][FONT="]Handles customer concerns[/FONT]
·[FONT="] [/FONT][FONT="]Records details of customer calls[/FONT]
·[FONT="] [/FONT][FONT="]Reports and follows up on pending issues[/FONT][FONT="][/FONT]
