Belle Air is looking to hire 4 Call Center Supervisors in Tiranë

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Job Summary: [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for administering and supervising the work of the Belle Air Call Center during his or her shift. The incumbent will be ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality services to all Call Center customers.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Main Duties:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Manages and supervises daily activities of call center agents and telephone operators[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Supervision of Call Center operators [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Providing quality customer service[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensuring that team members have the appropriate support and training[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Monitors, evaluates and coaches call center operators[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Prepares and supervises work schedules[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Improves and updates knowledge base[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ensures compliance with that of all Belle Air policies and procedures[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Requirements:[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]University Degree[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]At least one year of Call Center work experience[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Demonstrated ability to work well in teams[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Excellent organizational skills[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Excellent computer skills[/FONT]
·[FONT=&quot]Very good Italian and English[/FONT]
