TERRITORY SALESMAN

Region: Shkoder (North)
Trade: Sales

As a member of the sales team, you will create enthusiastic construction professionals every day. Your responsibilities include selling our
leading products and services and advising our customers on productive solutions.
We will support your long-term career with Hilti by offering you comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and cross-functional, international
development opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  • Active contribution to the planning and realization of sales targets selling innovative products and unique service offering of an
  • established market leader
  • Sales of the full range of Hilti products and solutions to existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers, negotiation of contracts and consulting on construction projects
  • Customer-oriented teamwork throughout all Hilti departments

Your profile

  • Commercial, manufacturing or technical background, ideally with experience in the electrical trade
  • High commitment, self-responsibility and customer orientation
  • Passionate about sales and attraction to performance-based remuneration
  • Professional PC skills, solid presentation and negotiation skills
  • Living in Shkoder
  • Obligatory English/Italian skills.
