In October 2006, Pedersen & Partners opened its office in Tirana and now wants to expand its presence in the country by recruiting a senior level executive search consultant, who will – at the same time – handle the role of Country Manager Albania. The position will be based in Tirana, Albania.

Responsibilities
- Business development
- PR and positioning of the executive search firm towards the Albanian market
- Ideally be a part of one or more regional practice groups with the willingness and ability to work across borders within that industry specialisation
- Building and managing relationships with clients and executives
- Execution of senior level executive search assignments, whether developed alone or by other parts of the organisation
Profile
- Likely to be 28-40 years old
- Likely Albanian
- Man or woman
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Track record in sales in a B2B company, Management Consulting or General Management is a benefit, but the successful candidate might also have gained experience outside these functional areas
- Fluent spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary
- Highest possible ethical and professional standards
- Entrepreneurial – able to build a business from scratch and should rather see this as an opportunity to build a business inside a business, than an employer-employee relationship
- Has most likely worked or lived outside Albania, highly international mindset
- A natural interest in the fast changing markets of Central and Eastern Europe is highly welcome
