Belle Air is looking to hire 30 Check-In Agents in Rinas, Tiranë
Job Summary:
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Assists passengers and provides information
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Checks-in passengers and their baggage. Issues boarding passes and tags passengers’ hand and checked baggage
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Manages the boarding process at the gate
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Checks travel documents to verify compliance with immigration and visa requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Professional or secondary school education
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Excellent computer skills
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Very good English
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Willing to work in shifts
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Willing to work overtime if necessary
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Very good team player
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Excellent communication skills
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
·[FONT="] [/FONT]University degree
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Knowledge of Italian, Greek and other languages
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Typing speed of 35 wpm and above
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Previous customer service experience
