The World Leading International Telecomunication Company Huawei Technologies is seeking to fill out the position of VAS engineer in Huawei Albania:
MAIN TASKS:
· To understand IP network operation skills;
· To understand process tables and how to stop and start processes and be awareness of VAS Services, Call flows, GSM, SS7, clustering fundamentals;
· To liaise directly with customers on service requests or problems;
· To ensure understanding of business impact associated with problems and keeps the customer informed as part of the resolution process;
· To retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual;
· To actively participate in team discussions and activities;
· Display an enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Analytical thinking, presentation skills and reporting, team working
· Very good knowledge of English Language (written and verbal);
