[FONT="]The Operations Control Center (OCC) is where all Belle Air flights are prepared and monitored. The Assistant Flight Dispatcher works in the OCC and assists the Flight Dispatcher in all aspects of flight preparation and monitoring including: reporting on flight progress during his or her shift; completing flight documentation and data; analyzing air traffic flow; keeping the Journey Log; and updating the fleet maintenance status. The incumbent will be required to go through a rigorous training program and pass exams to achieve required certification in accordance with aviation industry standards.[/FONT]

·University degree
·Very good spoken and written English
·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
·Willing to work on increased workload during peak seasons (15 July –
15 September & 15 December -15 January)
·Willing to fly in an aircraft
